1. General Policy

At Dr Vahe Clinic, we aim to provide exceptional medical and aesthetic services and products with the highest standards of professionalism and care. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for all purchases, bookings, and interactions within the clinic or via our online platforms. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product, you agree to the terms below.

 

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or non-attendance (“no-show”), will result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee of £50, whichever is greater.

• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the client being asked to prepay for future appointments.

 

3. Refunds & Returns

3.1. Treatments

• Once a treatment has been performed, no refunds can be issued.

• In the event of a medical contraindication arising before treatment, and confirmed by a doctor, a credit or refund may be considered at the clinic’s discretion.

• Packages and courses of treatments are non-refundable once started, but may be transferred to another treatment of equal value at management’s discretion.

3.2. Products

• Products purchased in clinic or online are non-refundable once opened, used, or if packaging has been tampered with.

• Returns will only be accepted for unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt.

• In case of a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.

 

4. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

• Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption and cannot be used beyond the expiry date.

 

5. Medical Suitability & Consultation

• All clients must complete a medical consultation before any treatment.

• The clinic reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

• In such cases, an alternative treatment or credit may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.

• All results vary between individuals, and no guarantee of outcome can be made for any treatment.

 

6. Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their treatment shortened or rescheduled to ensure fairness to other clients.

• Late arrival fees may apply.

 

7. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made by cash, debit/credit card, or bank transfer.

• All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£).

• Full payment must be made at the time of treatment or purchase.

 

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• All personal and medical information is handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.

• Client data is stored securely and will never be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

9. Conduct & Safety

• The clinic operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who breaches this policy.

• Children and pets are not permitted in treatment rooms for health and safety reasons.

 

10. Amendments

Dr Vahe Clinic reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website and at reception.
